An effect plug-in is a small .lua file that changes how your music sounds. Andamp already comes with Preamp, Bass & Treble, Virtual Bass, Width, Leveler, Headphone Crossfeed, Karaoke, Pitch Modulation and Reverb. The plug-ins below are extra.
They also work as examples. Each file is short and has comments, so if you want to write your own, open one and start from there. There are more examples in Andamp’s repository.

How to add one
- On your phone, tap Install. If Andamp is installed, it opens and shows you the plug-in first.
- If the file downloads instead, open it from the download notification or a file manager and choose Add to Andamp.
- Andamp confirms it was added and shows its name and version. You’ll find it at the bottom of the Effects screen, switched off.
These plug-ins need Andamp 0.5.0 or newer. You can also add a downloaded file yourself: Andamp › Preferences › Effects › Manage plug-ins › Add plug-in.
Andamp is an independent replica of the Winamp 2.8 interface. It isn’t affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Winamp, Nullsoft or Llama Group.
