Plays your Spotify library in Andamp. The songs sit next to the ones on your phone, in the Media Library and in your playlists, and you get the same equalizer, effects and visualizers.
This source isn’t in the Play Store, so you install it from this page.
What you need
- A Spotify Premium account.
- Andamp 0.5.0 or newer, on Android 8.0 or newer.

Download Librespot 0.5.2Coming from Librespot 0.4.3 or older? This version installs as a new app beside the old one. Remove the old one first, or right after: Settings › Apps › AndAmp Librespot › Uninstall. Then install this one and sign in once more. Your playlists and bookmarks stay as they are.
How to install
- Download the file on your phone.
- Open it. If Android asks, allow your browser to install apps.
- Tap Install.
- Open the Librespot source, tap Sign in, and enter the code it shows on Spotify’s website, on any device.
- Open Andamp and find the music in the Media Library.
Rather not have an extra icon in your app list? Turn off Show in app list in the source’s settings. You can still reach those settings from Andamp › Preferences › Music sources.
Is this the real one?
All Andamp music sources carry the same signature. To check yours, go to Andamp
› Preferences › Music sources › Librespot. The signature there should
start with 5D:B4:B3:7B.
